The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Reminder: Check out is at 11:00 AM. Every additional 15mins that guests are still in the unit after 11:00 AM check out time, guests will be charged $50. (11:15=$50, 11:30=$100… etc)
1. Bag all trash and put it in the green trash bin. Recycle goes in blue bin. Located behind building in garage area. 2. Place any dirty dishes in the dish washer with a dishwasher tab and start it.
3. Place any dirty towels in the grey basket located in the laundry room on 2nd floor. 4. Please send us a message once you have completely checked out, so that we can notify our cleaning team.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

1. NO PARTIES, Add'l $500 fee if violated 2. NO SMOKING/VAPING in home, a $500 deodorizing fee if violated 3. NO drinks/food in bedrooms/office area
4. NO PETS! Owner has SEVER allergy 5. Furniture is not to be re-arranged, moving results in scratches on floor, a $200 fee for repairs if violated
6. No confetti, wall decorations, helium tanks. Please use makeup removal clothes provided, not wash clothes or towels. Extra cost 4 damaged items

House was very spacious and clean, and had a well stocked kitchen for our needs. It was a great location for visiting everything DC and the surrounding areas. The private parking was a great bonus. Great communication experience with the host. Would definitely stay there again if we had a large group.

Great clean stay in DC!

We had a great time at the VRBO. If you care about cleanliness, this place is for you! The place was immaculate! There were also plenty of coffee pods and treats to make our stay easier.

Beautiful home, close to landmarks, plenty of room and lots of bathrooms! Snacks and drinks were a nice welcoming touch. Easy reservations, check-in and check-out process. Would stay here again!

Great stay for friends visiting DC

The property was just as it was described but also came stocked with some snacks and drinks, which was a really wonderful touch. We had no issues with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return when we have family visiting us in DC.

Cutest place ever.

Our group was in Washington DC for business. The location was nice. It felt really safe and was so cute and comfortable. The host was very nice. I would recommend staying here.

Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful experience at this townhome in DC. Communication with management was outstanding. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet allowing for a good night sleep. The home is close to most tourists attractions in the area. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to another stay on our next visit.

Wonderful DC townhouse w/ fantastic amenities

We needed a 4 bedroom townhouse close to town for our dream family vacation to DC, and this place was FANTASTIC!! It was as advertised & pictured: very clean, spacious, modern, bright, & nicely furnished. The AC worked well, which was very welcome during the heat wave. Plus snacks, drinks, and kitchen/laundry supplies were included, which was a very pleasant surprise :-) The owners were also super prompt at rest to our questions. When we come back to Dc for future visits, we hope to stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful experience! The location is perfect and it’s a beautiful, well equipped home. What made this stay superb were the hosts. Hands down the best ever. Howard & Jasmine offered every detail you can imagine and many we never considered. (Rain jackets!) We were difficult guests — my husband ignored instructions on the door keypads, sending them multiple alerts. My cooking set off the fire alarm. We forgot to tell them when we left. Despite the headaches we caused they remained kind and understanding when almost anyone else would’ve lost their cool. We are 100% team Howard & Jasmine!

Overall Excellence!

Jasmine's place was amazing and was exactly as advertised! The neighborhood was very safe and the neighbors extremely welcoming. On my morning walk every day, the neighbors all greeted me as if we had known each other forever! Location is great with easy access to everything: Walk about 15 minutes to the up and coming H Street where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, groceries - you name it. From there, you can take the free DC Streetcar to Union Station where you can hop on the Metro to hit all the DC sights. Or simply walk about 20 minutes to the NOMA-Gallaudet Metro stop or 1 minute to the closest bus stop. Communication with the host was easy and Jasmine was very responsive. The beds were perfect; hot water spot on, and the fact that you arrive to snacks, juices, breakfast bars and K-cups was a nice touch. We would absolutely stay again!

Someone put a lot of thought and $ into refurbishing this unit.

We stayed 8 nights for cherry blossom festival. Big space. Nicely furnished. Full kitchen was nice to have. Neighborhood was quiet. Close enough to downtown attractions for a 15 minute Uber to just about anywhere. Dozens of nearby food and grocery options, great variety. Unit was thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Good linens, comfortable beds. Modern HVAC. These owners are obviously professionals. Property manager answered every single message in under 5 minutes. Superb value for cost. Photos on VRBO site are 100% accurate. Fresh tile and floors, new appliances. They put a lot of $ and thought into this place. Solid contender. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was so nice to arrive with a basket of goodies after a long trip. Would stay there again. The only thing we had issues with was our internet connections which was acting up.

The house was big, a bit more than we expected but had plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood was decent (better than expected for being outside of DC). Short walk to free streetcar was a plus.

Great place, eh neighborhood

Welcomed with fully stocked snacks, drinks, towels, toilet paper, everything we could’ve needed. Very modern and up to date, slightly hot to sleep at night on the third level, very clean, only one parking space designated for the area so other cars had to find street parking a bit away, a little mixed vibes on the neighborhood.

We had a great time. The place was very clean. After a few flight delays we got to the VRBO much later than expected. We were greeted with a basket of snacks, some quick breakfast items, juice and soda. This was such a nice and much appreciated surprise. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Traveling with our two adult children and their significant other we are usually shorthanded in these supplies but not here. VRBO is beautiful but comfortable.

This was a great place to stay for a family meet-up in Washington DC. It’s on a nice street with friendly and diverse neighbors, near multiple grocery stores and restaurants. The unit is spacious and feels both fancy and comfortable. It has three levels with no bedrooms or bathrooms on the first floor, so be prepared for stairs (fine for my group, but would not be accessible for everyone). This place had really nice extra touches, like snacks on the counter and cold drinks in the fridge, nice toiletries in the bathrooms, and several logged-in streaming services on the TV. It was a good choice that served us well.
