Located in the heart of Dupont Circle and two blocks from the metro, great restaurants, and downtown shopping.
Service animals (dogs) may be allowed upon prior approval with a $500 deposit.
Other things to note
Due to space constraints and the ongoing pandemic, no gatherings will be allowed in this unit. There will be a $500 penalty imposed if this house rule is ignored. We have a strict NO PARTY policy. Thanks for your understanding.

Check-out time is no later than 12PM; our cleaning crew arrives between 12pm-12:30pm to clean and turn over the apartment for the next guest arriving the same day.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
