Home away from home while remodeling work being done at my residence. Great to have kitchen for quick breakfast and free onsite parking. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and commute to DC for work.

The staff is amazing, extremely helpful and friendly! If I have need of something in my room, such as the last person who smoked they were happily ready to spray my room to help it be more comfortable for my stay. Five stars!

Kasa Del Ray was a perfect selection! They were very accommodating and prompt. The location was close to so much plus a cool restaurant right next door. The parking was great! Just an overall enjoyable stay. I plan to stay there again when I visit the DMV.

Heart of Del Ray

This location is right in the heart of the lively Del Ray neighborhood. The building itself is quiet and clean. I really enjoyed the neighborhood ambience, The room itself was pleasantly furnished and comfortable, I liked being able to walk everywhere. I would definitely stay there again!

Del Ray - perfect

Loved the location. Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance - Del Ray market on Saturday was fun to walk through. Unit we stayed in was very comfortable. Bed was amazing. I slept so well. It was also nice to have a parking spot on site. No street parking. Close to my daughter. She lives about 6 blocks from here. Perfect place to stay

It was in a quiet and safe location. Also had restaurants in walking distance and shopping and grocery stores as well. The stay was clean and comfortable with no issues. Definitely look forward to using Kasa again.

We loved staying at Kasa. It was snowing, and everything at Kasa offered comfort. We were able to cook and enjoy our favorite cuisine without having to go out in the snow to find food. I missed having a blender and a hairbrush or comb in the bathroom. Thank you very much! I highly recommend Kasa and will stay at other Kasa locations in the future.

Great Communication

For my family visit location is perfect. Lots of restaurants and a nearby farmers market. Studio apartment was well equipped, spacious and clean. Communication was great. When I had a comment about the tv setup, the response was positive an immediate. Will definitely stay there again

Amazing location and a great spot to stay if you are traveling alone as the rooms are pretty small perfect for a single person trip. Not recommended for anyone traveling with children or parties larger than two. If a disability prevents you or limits your ability to walk or if you only maneuver using the aid of a wheelchair or walker this may not be a good fit as stairs are the only way to access the rooms and upper levels

WOW a must stay!!!

We are visiting the east coast from Arizona and I must say, this property was everything! The property was perfect for my husband and I. We were definitely a bit nervous to see there were ear plugs by the bed side, but we never needed them the area was so quiet and peaceful they also had a sound machine by the bed side that was a huge plus in my book. Check in to the property was so easy. You walk out the front door and you are walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and so much more! I do tend to get nervous in new neighborhoods ive never been to, but ive never felt more safe and secure in an unknown place. I hope you love dogs because every bar/restaurant has humans with their dog's. It was so AWESOME. Definitely 10/10. The price was also very reasonable forthe 4 nights. A must stay if you are in the area. In case anyone likes to gamble the MGM casino is about a 12min drive from the property.

Lovely neighborhood and building . No elevator up to rooms on second floor. We had difficulty with the key code lock to our room. This was resolved by a text. Only real problem was the two steep steps up into the bathroom. Could be dangerous at night. We did enjoy our stay. Great places to eat in this very nice area.

I will be back

If your destination is Del Ray this is the perfect spot. Room is well appointed with nice kitchen and decent bathroom. It is right on mt. Vernon with lots of good dining options.the room is well insulated so barely any noise from the street, even on a Saturday night. Safe neighborhood and nice to walk around. Communication with property manager is easy. Great instructions on how to get in the building and room. Good price as well.

Great location, great hotel

Overall this is a great location I've stayed there several times in this hotel is usually wonderful and I like the fact that it's very automated and I don't have to speak or talk to anybody it's just a code that sent to you to get you into the building and into your room. This last time the cleanliness wasn't there I felt that the wear and tear in the room was becoming more apparent than previous days The water pressure was minimal and the technology is cumbersome if not set up correctly.

I'm a senior and this new age tech doesn't work for me. There was no front desk and the virtual responses took forever. The room the environment the city itself was wonderful but i need face to face contact.

Great location - rooms are worn

Great location in Del Rey area. Safe with loads of restaurants around. Good parking in back. Easy to get in/out. But … the place is showing its age and lack of maintenance. We changed rooms because the AC wasn’t working, carpet was disgustingly stained the bath was very mildewy. The virtual help desk was on it and they moved us in 5 mins. The second room’s AC was functional and the bath wasn’t filled with mildew but it was still quiet worn on the tables, sink chipped, carpet badly stained, missing handles and draw pulls - all seems like thing the management company doesn’t care to address in order to maximize profit. The onsite cleaners did a good job and the small lobby was sparking and smelled amazing each day.
