I ordered two queen beds room, but sold out…so I have to stay at one king bed room. I used couch as bed. It’s ok…they give me a lot of things for free, I can accept, so, overall, it’s fine

Check in people were very nice and most helpful. The only negative is, the showers are low flow and leave must to be desired. I did not use any less water and it took much longer to take a shower!

Hotel was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located. Amenities were great and the room was very spacious. Only complaint was the lobby bar. While advertised as a convenient option with a menu of bar foods, it seemed more like an after thought. The burger and fries and pizza were fine but the Caesar salad was a prepackaged kit I could get at a grocery store. The drinks left a lot to be desired. I had to purchase a separate bottle of lemonade to pair with a rocks glass of gin as the bar didn't have any mixers. The liquor offered seemed to be an after thought as well as the front desk staff doubling as bartenders didn't know which alcohol was which. Not sure if it was the particular staff working or the standard procedure, but they didn't seem to know how ordering drinks other than beer or wine worked. Again, very happy with all other aspects of our stay and will stay here again.

Location was perfect for our trip to the Smithsonian since the metro was just a short walk away. Evenings back at the hotel were nice, lots of restaurant options for everyone as well as great shopping too. The breakfast each morning was wonderful, all fresh and delicious, and the kitchen staff was very cheerful and attentive.

Great hotel! Staff were super nice and helpful. Hotel was super clean and modern. Rooms are big and spacious. Hotel is located in a super nice and quiet area. Super safe and walkable. For those who are going to visit Washington there is a Metro station a block from the hotel(Court House Station). Definitely staying at this hotel again next time I visit Washington area.

This property is great for families. There is a wonderful and convenient hot breakfast served each day. There is a cvs pharmacy one block away and the metro is by cvs so everything is close by. Very clean, quiet neighborhood surrounds the hotel. Parking onsite or across the street in a garage.

Came into town for a funeral. Had 2 teens and a grandparent. The rooms were great and the staff was wonderful. The parking was too tight for comfort. But, thankfully the public garage is right across the street and only $15/day!

Property was very clean and convenient to Metro station. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Breakfast each morning was great. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. We did have issues with the AC unit in our room which we reported in the morning and were not addressed. We reported again when we returned and it was dealt with promptly, although it was 9:30 at night. Parking garage is not large, so would recommend parking and leaving car as much as possible. We had trouble finding and maneuvering into a spot the one night we returned late. Overall, we were happy with this hotel and the location and would stay again.

I love Hyatt Place Hotels. They are super nice yet affordable and provide a great breakfast. This one was no exception. LOVE the location. Short, easy walk to Metro or bus stop. LOTS of great restaurants in walking distance as well. Four Courts, Tupelo Honey, Rhodeside Grill to name some fantastic ones. Five Guys is right across the street. A CVS and a European market is a block away. This was a perfect affordable spot to stay for our sightseeing trip.

Clean property, staff were professional. Chef and Kitchen staff went out of the way to help with food even after breakfast time was over. Microwave is not available in the rooms, the microwave at the lobby is also removed during breakfast time and it is a pain to get he milk warmed up for kids or meal re-heated. Everytime you have to ask the front desk staff, who then would relay to some one else and eventually some one from Kitchen comes and gets your food to reheat inside the Kitchen. Just a pain of a process for anyone with Kids. I would not prefer to stay there if I travel with kids again.

The property itself was nicely taken care of. The staff was sweet, with the exception of one of the check in persons, but this seemed to be the norm on this part of the country, but all other frint desk agents were really nice and sweet. Very good brakfast, clean rooms and even though this is a very busy hotel, it was oddly quiet. The only thing that sucked was their parking garage, especially for the price they charge - overall very positive experience.

Great room, fantastic staff and a lot of restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. Within minutes of the National Cemetery and D.C. The underground parking can be tricky for a full size pickup truck like mine. Would stay there again.
