Staff was excellent, great lively vibe in the hotel, amazing restaurant downstairs, room was super clean, love that you can just text front desk for info or anything else, would definitely stay here again!
Great customer service - John and Nikko were especially helpful! With room accommodations and dinner recommendations during check in, questions around billing, and accommodating a late check out, everything was a smooth and easy process.
Our hotel experience was amazing. The room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Pool was nice. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is in a very nice neighborhood. It was close to all of the main museums and parks. The cost was reasonable. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and I would recommend this hotel to others.
This hotel was in a great location for our purposes. It was a quick weekend stay. It was walking distance to the Washington Harbor where there are many nice restaurants for a quick lunch. Front desk was pleasant and room was cleaned. They do require a $100/deposit hold on your card for incidentals. That wasn’t mention in the hotel polices. Normally hotels do require a card for that purpose, but don’t hold a $200 deposit on your card. Overall a good stay. Would stay again.
