We enjoyed staying close to the Capitol Building in a large home with easy parking and lots of space for everyone to stretch out including a secluded basement bedroom with small attached additional kitchen

Beautiful Capitol Hill home

We stayed with a family of 5 while touring DC and checking out colleges/law schools for our kids. Excellent location and beautifully decorated home. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

This Property Was Awesome

This is a really comfortable VRBO location in a great neighborhood in Washington DC. Walk to Capitol Hill is convenient and easy to drive too as well. Highly recommend this VRBO.

We had an incredible time in DC and the property was fantastic! The location is walking distance to rental bikes, close to the mall and great coffee shop up the street near the park. We LOVED it and will be back again.

Perfect!

Our family of four absolutely loved this place! The location was ideal- we loved walking to the park and to the Eastern Market as well as to the Smithsonians. The neighborhood is quiet and very family friendly. The house is beautiful and super clean. It was well equipped with all we needed in the kitchen. I highly recommend this property!

“Best VRBO Yet!!!”

Our family travels all over the country and these were the words my family used when checking in! Everything was beautiful, thoughtful and comfortable. The neighborhood is one of our favorites with parks and a couple great cafes near by. Absolutely recommend and will be back!

Fantastic location

Property was as described. Neighborhood was quiet. We traveled with our three children during spring break and everyone had a great time. We enjoyed the extra space to spread out after a long day sightseeing. Owner was quick to answer any questions I had, gave recommendations and despite street parking we found a spot easily! Definitely recommend :)

Clean and beautiful

We were a group of 4 couples. Everyone had their own room and downstairs is a lovely little private suite. Great amenities, esp for the coffee drinkers. Quiet, well maintained neighborhood, lots of Halloween decorations. We walked everywhere but if you Uber it is relatively inexpensive.

We stayed at this house with a group of eight people, and it was an excellent experience. The home is very clean, cozy, and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. It was warm, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to sit together and sleep comfortably. There is also a convenient workspace, which was important to us.A special thank you for the kitchen, it is fully equipped and has all the essentials. And an extra thank you for the coffee machine. Being able to make a really good espresso or cappuccino in the morning made our stay even better.The location is very convenient and close to the Capitol, which was perfect for our plans. Everything was great, and we will definitely stay here again.Also, a big thank you to Gary, who was always available, answered all my questions quickly, and communication was extremely easy and pleasant.

Three friends and I stayed here for our annual college friends get together. It was an awesome place to stay. Pros: Very spacious and beautiful Nice well stocked kitchen Comfortable living area to hang out Clean Amazing location - beautiful and safe street Walkable to mall and many restaurants Good communication with owner. Con: I think the only negative was that in July, in order to keep the other upstairs bedroom cool enough, the main bedroom got very cold, even with the door open. The third upstairs bedroom had its own window unit and that was necessary. It really was a very lovely and perfect stay!

My husband and I stayed with our two adult children and their wives, and two young grandchildren. House was perfect with separate space in basement, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. House had everything we needed. Neighborhood is beautiful and convenient! Easy parking. Communication with host was fantastic.
