  • Experience Georgetown from a beautifully maintained row house overlooking Rose Park. Filled with natural light and thoughtfully updated while preserving its classic character, the home is a short walk to M Street, the waterfront, restaurants, boutiques, and many of Washington’s iconic attractions. One of the few Georgetown homes with a private elevator and an accessible primary suite, it’s ideal for graduations, business travel, or a memorable DC getaway.

    Guest Access:
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the home, including the kitchen, dining and living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, private patio, and laundry room.

A separate basement apartment is not part of the rental and remains unoccupied throughout your stay.

From the front door, it’s just a two-block walk to Georgetown’s renowned M Street, where you’ll find restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and local shops. Rose Park is directly across the street, offering a seasonal Wednesday Farmers Market, while the renowned Dupont Circle Farmers Market on Sundays is just a short walk away.

Georgetown Home

The house we stayed in was immaculate. The owner was great with her communication about the house and surrounding amenities. There was nothing that my wife and I would have changed.
