I will not recommend this place the customer support was slow and ineffective especially for the price. When I get to this place I discover that there are no linens for the sofa bed. I call the property 4 time one at 4:34pm one time at 6:12pm another time at 10:14pm and another time at 10:26pm just for them to tell me that they do not have personal on site and they can not deliver the linens until tomorrow which by then I will already be checkout. They tell my that I can use the spear linens for the other bed but those linens only has bedsheet and not any comforter. I would advise anyone that want to stay here try to exhaust any and all other possible options before booking this place.

We stayed in a one bedroom for three nights. Unit was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The location was great for walking to see all Washington had to offer.

Location is great for meetings or tourism of the central attractions. Unit is spacious and building staff is friendly. Parking is convenient. Unit itself is not luxurious. Bed, sofa, furniture pretty worn out. Bathroom shower severely lacks pressure. Unit takes in a lot of street noise through large old windows. Windows only have blinds not curtains so street light comes in. Also they make you take out the trash? Find a proper hotel.

The check-in process was very easy and the room had everything we needed. We will rent with them again. The only thing you need to do prior to arriving is plan what parking garage you will park in. The one nearest the building was being upgraded and we went 2 blocks away for one.

Had to to speak to 3 different customer service agent to get move in instructions. This unit is dirty and in need of repairs. There is a hole in the bathroom wall. Multiple burned out lights. The washer and dryer squeals like a pig. Top of the fridge hasn’t cleaned off and months. There are finger print everywhere. TV in the living room has splatter all over the front of it . The walls and light switches are filthy. Pretty dissatisfying for the money you’re charging us. Not to mention we had to sit and wait in the room for over an hour for the keys on arrival and could not leave. Sent to notes to the Global customer service and never even had response. Super disappointed in this property.

The apartment was great except for the fact that the beds were way to firm and there were no blackout curtains in the bedrooms, so my child, spouse, and I were not able to sleep at all for the 4 nights that we were there. The rooms were bright enough at 3 am to read a book in due to the sidewalk lights. If we had been able to find another place to stay with reasonable rates we would have switched accomidations after the first night. The kitchen, living spaces, and bathrooms were nice and tidy, though the non-stick pans need to have non-metal cooking utensils. Overall, great location, but couldn't sleep.

The suite wasn't ready at 2 when the notice said it could check in. It wasn't ready at 5 when I cam back. In talking with staff at the apartment house and the managing service they said it wouldn't be ready until Thursday. And that if I wanted I could come back on Thursday. It was then 7 oclock on Wednesday and I had no place to stay that night. You tell me what kind of service you think that is! The service tried to find alternative locations. Neither of which were in walking distance of my meetings that began at 8 am on Thursday morning. They were all about half an hour's "ride" away. I had booked this location because it was less than 2 blocks from my meetings. No I would not recommend either the place or the service.

I travel to DC for one week a month and will probably avoid this "hotel" going forward. It required a ton of paperwork and communications for a 4-day stay. Really probably works better for a long-term stay to deal with all the logistics. Arrived late at night and there were no towels and no toiletries in the master bath. Had to go buy soap early in the morning to shower. Texted the management company to alert them and never heard back. Needed to extend a night and the communication to make that happen was painful. They said they had availability and would send a payment link to confirm. Never sent it. Checked in the next day and they said they didn't have availability. When I questioned why they did the day before and didn't send the link, they said they were wrong, they DID have availability. But then I had to go through several of the paperwork steps again (pictures of ID, etc) despite it being an existing reservation and them already having all that information. All in all, just too much work and no towels/soap.

Nice location. Within walking distance of everything! Overall it was good. Only issues we had were the laundry machines were loud and screeched. The hot water ran out fast for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. We had to space out showers. Parking was more expensive than stated in email. Overall it was a good stay.

I was very pleasd with the apartment. The location to The National Mall and all Monuments was amazing. Restaurants and shopping was also great. I would highly reccommend. The only Issue was i could not check In early and apartment was not ready for check In at 4:00 p.m.

Great location - you do not really need a car to see all major things. Rooms are clean and have everything you need to make your stay comfortable: comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms. Definitely recommend if you want to explore DC.

We stayed as part of family trip. This was a nice change from a hotel and was happy that there was a washer/dryer on site. I really didn’t appreciate an inspection of the property the night before our departure as they prepared for the next visitor. I like my privacy and since check out is at 11 I felt this could have waited. Overal nice property and great location.

Apartment was very clean. The apartment meet out needs. The location was great! Check in and check out easy. Apt 817-Some areas for improvement would be the air conditioning is 2 seperate systems for a 2 bedroom but was difficult to find a good temperature. There are hot,cold areas or just inconsistencies with the thermostat. One tiolet was prone to running and took manual fixing. No kitchen towels. We used paper towels. Ice maker doesnt work and there are no ice cube trays. Overall a good stay and would recommend to others.

Excellent location for this hotel, right in the center of DC. It was a lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a very nice building with 24 hour security. Only thing we didn’t like (hated) was the bed! They had very cheap mattresses and after 5 nights of sleeping on the bed, all of us had back aches. If they change the mattresses in the unit, I would give it a five star.

I booked 9 nights in a 2 bedroom for 4 adults for an Easter/Spring holiday. We were so excited, 9 nights is quite an investment and believed the "Luxury" promise depicted by the beautiful photos and the promise of 24hr emergency service- what a mistake! We arrived about 9pm on Friday night and were given keys to a rundown 2 bedroom. Walls in horrible disrepair, lumpy beds, saggy/ripped furniture, burned out light bulbs over both bathroom sinks - nothing about this apartment implied luxury. When we went to the concierge to ask about an alternative we were told they just handled the front desk and door - nothing to do with the apartment. The 24 emergency phone line went unanswered for over an hour. When we finally reached a representative we were told we have to spend the night and work it out the next day. The following day was no better -the weekend staff was only able to offer a slightly better 2 bedroom apartment (honestly, by that time I was wondering why we weren't give the better room to start) and did not have the authority to allow a cancellation - we would have to wait until Monday to get management approval. I was furious by the whole set-up and the staff's inability to make it right - there was no way I was spending another night in this place. We checked out Saturday at 12:30 pm after exhausting ourselves and the weekend staff. On Monday we got a refund, but charged for 2 nights because we checked out at 12:30 instead of 11. This place is terrible - barely 1 star.
