This house was perfect for my family to stay at while attending a graduation. Large kitchen and 2 1/2 baths, plus a fenced in yard for our dog. It was clean and the free parking was an added bonus. Would definitely stay there again if in that area.
My group and I had an amazing stay here. The home was clean, kitchen was supplied with the necessary equipment, and the location is accessible. The host was communicative and checked in to ensure our needs were met. The area was quiet and peaceful.
The house is very clean. Great kitchen. Great location for what we were doing in DC. There were only a few little things and some minor maintence issues (that I am confident the host will resolve) that kept it from being a 5 star review. I would definitely stay here again.
We were in town to play tourist for four nights. A short drive to the Green line and we were able to enjoy DC easily. Big kitchen and lots of space for the family to spread out after long days. The host was quick to reply to any concerns we had.

I am upset we stayed at the property and will never stay there again.
It's hard to know where to start to list the problems with this home/host.
We woke up freezing because the heat was turned off. When we couldn't find how to turn it on/adjust it, we texted and were told that WE could NOT control the HVAC - he would adjust it (just text him.... ).
We didn't have enough towels - they provided the minimum required by someone, which doesn't account for people with long hair. After many back & forth texts, new WITH TAGS towels showed up in Walmart bags on our doorstep. Never washed towels to dry with. Sigh.
2 of 3 toilet seats were broken - one so bad that it couldn't even be used.
No toilet paper holders were in the house & most towel rods were missing/broken.
The shower head would not stay in place, but kept falling down - not fun to shower while trying to hold the shower head.
A set of lights were hanging off the bathroom wall, literally over the sink.
There were no extra blankets in the house, so if your whole party couldn't agree with the temperature to set the house at, then someone was unhappy.
One of the couches in the living room had 3 legs - the 4th leg was a cardboard box. No, it didn't hold a human.
Lights were burnt out all over the house. Light fixtures were broken.
The lawn looked like it hadn't been mowed in months.
There were pillow shams, but not cases (not sanitary) and only one/person.
Items were tossed in the closet in the master bedroom.
Seems like whoever lived there hurriedly left & someone is trying to make a buck
