Our stay was a mixed bag of experiences. While the room was adequately cleaned, it was evident that the furnishings and decor were showing signs of age.
One major inconvenience was the unexpected charges for parking and bringing a small dog. Despite not being informed of these fees at the time of booking, we were hit with a $100 charge for the dog for just two days, which was quite steep. Additionally, the lack of complimentary parking added to the overall expense of our stay.
Furthermore, interactions with some staff members left much to be desired, as not everyone seemed welcoming or accommodating.
Overall, while the cleanliness of the room met expectations, the hidden fees, aging facilities, and inconsistent customer service detracted from the overall experience.
