Elegantly furnished and comfortable townhouse in DC's Woodley Park historic district, 4 bedrooms, a third media room with deck overlooking city roof tops, fully equipped separate office w/copier. A newly renovated kitchen with seating, plus a full dining room and gracious living room. The house has solar powered central air conditioning and radiator heat, It is a wonderful walking location to food shopping, dining & entertainment. A metro bus stop is 75 feet from house, the Redline Zoo Metro stop is only 3 blocks away and City bike rentals are two blocks away. Parking space on property in rear alley. Shaded rear deck and garden with teak furniture and propane grill. Furnished third floor deck. Well-lighted front and rear for security in addition to home security system. Fiber optioc WiFi, and land-line phone.
