The space was incredibly cute and very clean. Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.The neighborhood was amazing and a nice 20 minute walk to the Capitol and all the Smithsonian museums. Perfect location for sightseeing around DC.

Overall great stay. Nice flat 10 min walk to eastern market metro. The area was clean and safe. Kids walked form school by themselves. I would definitely recommend this place.

Comfortable stay

The VRBO was quaint and comfortable. It’s located on the bottom story and the owner’s are easy to get a hold of for your needs. The location is close to many restaurants and a cute market on the weekends. I recommend staying here!

My husband and I stayed at this adorable ground floor apartment with our 4 month old daughter and had a great stay. The location is amazing, the apartment is clean and has everything you need, and the hosts were very communicative. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay in DC

Went to DC for the first time and this location was nice and safe. Didn't book a car, so I walked to Eastern Market, the subway, and all around the Capitol Mall - even walked from the Amtrak station at 11:00pm and 5:00am without issue. Place was well stocked and in a fun neighborhood.

Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Private entrance. Short walk to the Metro. Safe neighborhood with restaurants and stores. Easy to communicate with the owner who lives upstairs. Highly recommend!

Very nice area, convenient walk to the Mall, restaurants, museums. I would have preferred a twin bed, day bed to the pull out couch, which is an older style that is not very conmfortable.

Great stay

This apartment is a great option for anyone wanting a clean, convenient apartment in Capitol Hill. Easy walk to the Metro and Eastern Market in one direction and a large Safeway in the other. It's also an easy walk to the Capitol and Mall. The apartment is comfortable with everything you need and Nolon was very responsive and flexible. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

Our goal was to stay in DC and be close to the Metro, which was accomplished. With convenient parking on the street combined with a short walk to the Metro (under 15 min) every morning we could be on the Mall in about 30 min. We even stopped at the Eastern Market every morning for pastries and coffee. The main bed was very comfortable, the kids pull out bed was a little squeaky but they never complained. We appreciated the coffee every morning and having a refrigerator to keep our extra beverages cold. We would stay here again. Thank you!

JUST A PLACE TO SLEEP

The property was centrally located. The owner lives above this mother-n-law suite. It became noisy a few times. Their dog is heard quite a bit. When they had company over it was loud in the apt. There are several repairs and updates needed. I wanted to go on back porch but the dog feces was everywhere.

Charming Studio Apartment in the Heart of Capitol Hill!

Charming studio within walking distance or short commute by Uber to restaurants, Trader Joe’s, and some of D.C.’s best attractions! Apartment was adorable, and just as described. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and overall perfect size for my husband and me during our short stay. The kitchen was well stocked, with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and other necessities that may be needed. Nolon was an absolute dream to work with. He was always available to answer any questions we had, and we so appreciated his thoughtfulness. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and hope to return one day soon!

Live Like a Local

We loved our stay in this charming apartment! Everything was clean, comfortable, convenient, and the hosts provided ample information we could use to feel like neighborhood locals. We walked to everything - food, coffee, the market, Lincoln Park, and even the baseball stadium. The parking pass was much appreciated so we could drive ourselves and not have to worry about the car once we were there. Thank you Nolon for an amazing experience!

Fun DC neighborhood

Neighborhood was our draw to this property. Clean and comfortable space. We just had a quick stay on our way through town to another destination. Were able to walk to capital hill and local eateries. Check in and out were effortless. Hosts provided great local area guidebook. Parking is on the street, but we were able to find a spot right out front. Parking permit is provided for street options all around.

Cozy spot close to the hustle and bustle of Washington DC

Check in was super clear. Parking was easy right in front of the property. Kitchen has most of what you will need for light cooking. Only small negative was the bed is quite small, 2 large people would be a tight squeeze. Lots of entertainment options on TV. Host provides handy guides and maps to Washington. This place is a 10 minute walk to many restaurants and grocery stores. Short drive to Capitol Hill and all the museums.
