We had a great stay at Verbo. The place was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax. The location was convenient, and we were able to find street parking without any issues.The only area for improvement would be the shower water pressure, which could be stronger. Also, there was a slight noise coming from the pipes when the shower was running.Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we enjoyed our stay.

The instructions for check in, parking, care and check out need to be updated. There were no keys because the entry door is a combination lock. When we arrived the door to the apartment was ajar. We walked in and started settling in when the cleaners arrived to finish cleaning the apartment an hour after our scheduled arrival time. Then my daughter tried to use the combination on the door lock and it wouldn’t work. She called Customer Service who put her on hold and then hung up. I went to the front desk of the building who tried to help us but after finding the door was in working condition suggested we contact customer service. I called the emergency number and was told the combination number I was given was wrong! After two more numbers I was finally given a correct number. I was given an impression that there was a discount for parking, there was not! Water pressure in the main bedroom shower was very weak and the configuration of the shower head makes it difficult to get under the shower without spraying the entire bathroom. The lighting in the main room was poor. Directions as to where things were in the building were either outdated or misleading. The location was excellent. The door lock on the sliding glass door needs to be adjusted. The apartment is in need of some minor repairs and painting.
