    🚭 NO SMOKING - No smoking of any kind allowed inside the property. This is strictly enforced. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine (minimum). This is the starting fee charged for the use of Ozone Machine to remove odors caused by smoking.

    🎉⛔ NO PARTIES OR VISITORS: We do not allow parties at the house or allow outside visitors (i.e. those not staying at the property as part of your reservation). Any person entering the property (regardless if they`re staying overnight, only stopping by, etc.) is considered a guest and is to be reflected in the total guest count. All guests are to be disclosed prior to the start of a stay. No unregistered guests or visitors at any time ($250 fee per person, per occurrence).

    🤫 QUIET HOURS 10PM-7AM: We live in a historic neighborhood, and it is very much a community. Accordingly, we ask that guests be considerate of our neighbors and their homes, in addition to ours. You MUST keep noise to a minimum from 10pm to 7am. Noise can travel easily, and we are in regular communication with neighbors. We request guests be respectful of the neighbors and quiet hours.

A convenience store right across the street along with a liquor store. Very safe area and close to gallaudet university so that was awesome!

Beware - if you stay here, the host will try to make you pay for repairs that are not your fault. The property was fine except for issues with the host. We discovered a leak under their bathroom sink, told the host about it, and then they filed a claim against us saying we damaged the pipes. This is completely untrue - we found the leak when looking for a hairdryer. If you stay here, please thoroughly document everything you may be charged for.
