There are a lot of restaurants and nightlife with 2 miles of my house. You’ll love my place because of proximity to everything in Arlington/DC. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The house is a 1350 sq/ft three bedroom two bathroom duplex with private driveway. The living room has a pullout couch queen bed. Upstairs there are two rooms, one with a queen bed and one with three twin beds. The basement has a queen bed.

Perfect for our family

We came to town for a funeral at Arlington Cemetery. We had our immediate family with some extended family with us. It was a great location to get where we needed to go. The communication with Terrell was fantastic. Only thing that would have made our trip better was more time there. We will definitely be back!

Great place. Good location. Neighborhood felt safe walking through at night to McDoanlds and grocery store. Quick responses from owner, even while staying there. Would have loved the bathtub to have a plug so could take a bath, but I’m sure if I asked where one was it would have been provided immediately.

Perfect for what we needed!

This was a wonderful and perfect place for us 6 visiting DC for one day! Of course it was way too short, but we met a family member in DC who was flying back to South Africa on the next day. The location was excellent- we took Uber into the city and back on Friday evening. It worked perfectly, and the next morning we drove into the city to see the sunrise over the reflecting pool. That was wonderful! The 3 rooms worked well for us. Everything was clean and nice. The kitchen is small, but I could make breakfast without problems. We would like to remember this place for future visits to DC! Thanks!

Wonderful location and clean quiet place!

This was a wonderful rental! Very well maintained, very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was a quick Lyft ride into the city, and there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. Great communication with the owner... I would definitely recommend this property AND I would stay here again! ( I loved having the large TVs in each bedroom!!)
