Great location and very comfortable!
My family and I found this lovely apartment to be very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. It was located perfectly just a few minutes walk from the metro station, in a very safe neighborhood with plenty of access to bike rental docks, grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. When we were there, there was major construction happening to renovate the building but it did not impact the quality of our stay. In-building in/out parking was an added bonus (for extra fee) that made our stay even more comfortable and flexible. We would stay there again the next time!

We stayed here over the Easter weekend, the location is great, the car no was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and checking and out process was easy.

My family and I stayed for eight nights as we transitioned to an overseas assignment. We really liked the location of the apartment, how spacious it was, the amenities, the balcony, and that it came with free parking. For families with babies, the apartment had a great pack-n-play and lots of new linens and bath towels. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the unit had a washer/dryer so it was extremely convenient for us. Really close to metro so that was a huge plus. The management company was really professional throughout, and very responsive to last minute additional requests. The on-site apartment management team was really friendly, and extremely helpful with our requests. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

This condo is very well located and within easy walkable distance to a variety of good dining options and public transportation to visit the main tourist sites within Washington DC. The condo itself is definitely NOT luxury and requires basic upkeep; stained wall to wall carpet, stained walls, rundown kitchen with stained refrigerator door, older bathrooms, noisy AC and plumbing (including toilets that take longer than average time to flush). The airplanes pass directly above this building every 3 minutes or so, but fortunately this didn’t impact our sleep. We were told to check into 1 condo, but received keys to a different condo on the same floor upon arrival. They had a spare foam mattress that came in handy for our family of 5, but just 1 bedsheet available (no fitted sheet). We had to request more bedsheets and also to cleanup a foul smelling substance on the balcony (vomit?) from past renters. Communication was good and efficient with the rental management company. If you can overlook the upkeep of both the condo itself and apartment building (which is also rundown), the location is its best attribute.

Great Stay!
Very easy check-in. Apt. Modern with comfy furniture. Bedrooms with luxurious bedding! Guest snacks were a great surprise! Perfect location for seeing all the monuments ect. Subway right down the street. The rug should be thrown out. Very stained. Besides that, it was a perfect stay for my family! Will def recommend it to friends!

Attractive two-bedroom apartment in Rosslyn, ten minutes walk to Metro.
Great value; large living room, one bedroom with kind bed, another with queen. Attractive furniture even though some was rather cheap. Well equipped kitchen and bath. We had trouble with a clogged toilet -- twice -- but it was eventually repaired.

DC Sightseeing weekend

Perfect location
Apt was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 grown daughters. It was clean, check in and check out was easy and felt very secure. Nice view from balcony. Too bad the pool was closed of course due to COVID. Lots of great restaurants in the area walking distance. Safeway was a few blocks away. Spent a day in Old Town Alexandria which was a short 10-15 min drive. Location was perfect. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.

Beautiful location
Loved the location and the APT complex. It was really close to Washington DC. would definitely love to stay here again. Only issue or the thing I didn't like was the property managers kept on emailing and calling about their "rules more than once or twice which became quite annoying"
