"Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. All the furniture in my room was uncomfortable. The shower was open around the pipe in the wall and wobbly. Elevator was reserved for freight, had to drag my luggage up the stairs. The floors in my room were sticky and dirty. No comfortable common spaces to work or read in except the patio and that was hard metal outdoor seating. The rooms are thinly insulated and I heard everyone around me all night."

"It was very good especially for the two day weekend. Great breakfast. Construction was being done but it wasn’t a major issue. Only problem I had was the very thin walls allowed a lot of noise in between rooms."

"Lovely big room very comfortable bed, good sized bathroom. Outside was a bit grubby but room was clean. I liked the sofa in the room for chilling."

"The hotel was beautiful and rooms were comfortable. Vintage Room shareable eats were excellent a long with their drink menu. A must stay in Camden."

"There was no hot water for showers! I was not told this on check in and found it as a terrible surprise the following morning. At check out I alerted the front desk and the response was, "yeah we know, we have had some people working on it but its not fixed." I asked how long its been this way and she said "I'm not sure but for a while." Absolutely not acceptable for staff not to alert customers of this issue upon arrival. A cold shower is not how most people on trips want to start the day."

"Walking distance to downtown and the ferry landing. Very nice hotel staff."

"The staff was wonderful. I really appreciated how the waitstaff in the restaurant alerted me to the fact that somebody at our table left behind a white envelope. Yes, my nephew left behind his birthday card."

"Excellent customer service. Great location. Unique room layout that worked pretty well for our needs. Cleanliness could be improved as well as some updates and repairs. Our bathtub and mini fridge were very dated. The gym also needs a complete upgrade. Good value for the area, but rates could have been cheaper as things were still closed for the season. "
