"The staff was great. They moved us to another room when there were problems with our first room and changed the batteries in the door lock when it failed. Was a long walk to the beach and a small drive to shopping. Our stay was ok."

"They did a nice job renovating this property but it is still an old property. The walls are thin and we could hear every foot step from the room above ours. No daily housekeeping, towels very thin, glass sink bowls not very usable. Comfy beds, great continental breakfast."

"Someone would say that the rooms are outdated but we don’t care It’s still an amazing hotel.. staff is friendly. We had so much space in our room. We absolutely loved the breeze that came through at night time and tons to do. We will definitely be back again."

"Had a 3rd floor room which had a nice ocean sunset view. The staff were super nice and personable. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Just stayed the single night, but will not hesitate to return again!"

"Remodeled ocean view room was very nice. The only problems we had was not being told by Expedia that the restaurant was closed the days we booked. That was one of the main reasons for staying here. We were told after setting up all our plans and booking. The refrigerator also didn’t have a freezer area in it. Which caused a little bit of inconvenience for us. Also the price for the room would have been cheaper I found out at checkout if we had called property and booked directly. Thought we were getting this great deal. Nope!"

"We stayed two nights in a cabin, and the setting is absolutely incredible. Right on the open ocean, amazing sunsets and views abound. Incredible location. The cabin itself was quite good, with a very good jacuzzi that filled quickly with good water pressure. The bed was comfy, and the linens were clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Maintenance on the cabin was a bit lacklustre, however, with some peeling floors, blinds that don't go all the way down (right by the jacuzzi which is not ideal), and a couple flickering lights. The kitchen was a bit understocked for such an isolated location without many dining options nearby (i.e. lacking baking sheets and tongs), which while par the course for a normal hotel, feels insufficient when the isolation forces you to cook most of your own food."
