"Located downtown adjacent but not in the hustle and bustle. We booked this hotel because it had free breakfast, free parking, and it had a hot tub. All of which were exactly what we had hoped for! Breakfast included hot options like biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage. There was also a soda fountain which is available at breakfast but also from 3p-10p. This was fantastic to have! Pool and hot tub were functional and clean. Great for relaxing while the kids played around. Parking garage was locked at night with only badge access from your hotel keycard. It felt very safe. Truly fantastic stay. Would highly recommend."

"The notes in Hotels.com were very misleading about a free breakfast. The hotel charges for all food at breakfast and dinner. Also, the hotel has no free parking. It was not mentioned in Hotels.com. That was an additional $48 per night. The bottom sheet that you lay upon is not fitted and you cannot tuck it in yourself, as it is too small. It's a minor detail, but quite frustrating."

"The property is pretty tired. Definitely showing it's age. One positive is it's a short walk to the Arch, but that's about it. One of the three lifts is out of order indefinitely. The carpark is filthy and not sure why there's a charge to park there. The breakfast ends at 9 am and to be honest, it's not worth the effort. Oh, ome other positive was the nice large shower. But that's it. Wouldn't stay again. Although I don't know what the competitors accom aptions are like."
