"Fantastic property to stay in with stunning sea views. This property is just perfect for a break in Dawlish. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay, a real home from home! Spy room and gym was a great bonus and the cosy children zone was a big hit ! Hosts Tony and Cheryl were most welcoming and helpful. There was absolutely nothing to fault. We had a wonderful time and we hope to visit again in the future."

"I contacted the property hosts before booking as I would be arriving late and they were very helpful and accommodating. I also received check in details over text so great to refer back to on arrival with a fried brain from a long drive. "We had the best time onboard, we are a family of 5 staying 4 nights, there was plenty of room and the cleanliness and facilities were outstanding, glen and Emma are so lovely and brought fresh bottles of water, milk, bread. "We were 3 families with mostly older teens and young adults. House was very well equipped and in a great location for the seafront. There is short term parking outside for unloading and then a cheap long stay car park a few minutes walk away. House was a good size with a sunny backyard area with large table. Contrary to other reviews, there are 2 proper showers which was more than adequate for us. Everything was very clean and ready to go with keypad entry so easy to get in."

"We had a fantastic stay in the cottage, which was in a great location for the main harbour, a great local pub (6 doors down), various public parking (buy a permit from Torbay council website) and town centre. All rooms were perfectly clean and very well equipped. Great area out the back to sit in the sun and enjoy a drink. We will definitely return in the future."

"We had a wonderful time at East Soar farm. The kids enjoyed being surrounded by the animals and we did the splendid walk to Salcombe Beach and back. The apartment has just what you need in order to cook, sleep and shower and was very clean upon arrival. We felt very welcome and well taken care off."
