"When I arrived at this hotel, the elevator was broken, there were dirty sheets on the floor in the hallway, the electric blinds wouldn't go down and the pool was out of service. People thumped around well past midnight. Hardly slept. Not a well looked after property."

"This hotel is quite rundown and isolated from downtown and services. The room was clean and comfortable but older and a bit shabby. My room overlooked train tracks and the train loudly blew it's horn every night at 12:30am and 2am. I waited 10-15 min to talk to feotn desk staff. Pool area was run down and when I was there had been painted or something as was strong with paint fumes. Restaurant was extremely expensive for breakfast with $14 for oatmeal as the cheapest thing. The area feels unsafe. There is no security on the elevator so anyone can wander the place. I felt unsafe as a solo female traveler. Expedia falsely said this hotel was the closest to where I was working within 2km. It was 5.1km . You really need a car here as there is little transit. It is on a highway. I would more accurately call this a 2 star hotel. For some reason house cleaning came in my room and gave me new towels and shampoo but didnt make the bed or clean anything-weird. Not a good place for a nice impression of Regina."
