Neither the host nor Vrbo offered any workable solutions. The host then provided different stories (lied) to the other guests and us when we contacted them. We were ultimately forced to find alternative accommodation ourselves. Would not recommend booking this property unless you want to be in excitement instead of a vacation. "

Ran into a double payment issue since my partner wanted to pay with his card but it defaulted to mine so they charged us both. Was frustrating to fix since customer service is often very busy.
