PARKING You will have access to the driveway space for up to 4 vehicles during your stay.

Wasa is a quaint cottage community in the Kootenay River Valley. In the middle of the community is the famous Wasa Lake Provincial Park, featuring the warmest lake in the Rockies. The beaches amongst this park are excellent, with sandy shores and a boat launch. In the colder months, there are many cross-country ski trails & an ice rink to enjoy.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. HOUSE RULES: 1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 8 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Guests must confirm current fire bans prior to using the fire pit. Any tickets issued for fires during a fire ban will be billed directly to the main renter on file for the respective date(s).

We were here for a wedding and staying here was perfect. It was spacious, great kitchen and cozy living space. Sadly it was a rainy weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space but loved the atmosphere and gorgeous views! Would definitely come again.
We had the most wonderful stay at Wasa this summer. I can honestly say this is one of the best accommodations our family has ever rented. Every detail of the house is perfection, and the extras in every bathroom, bedroom, kitchen were noticed.
The house was spotless, beds were amazing, and this is truly a luxury mountain home.
We will be back next year for sure!
This was a fabulous property and exactly what we needed for grandparents with teenage grandkids. The house was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped. We really liked the bedding. And the proximity of water was priceless as we spent most time at the dock swimming, paddleboarding and just suntanning.
