Wow. We loved everything about this property. It’s in a nice location in a brand new apartment building. The room itself is kept clean with all the amenities you need for a quick stay.

If you have a budget for something better, avoid this place! I almost got dizzy and suffocating in the first room we were given it was stinking heavily with strong chemicals of cleaning or deodorizing materials. Had to switch. The room was super tiny with your table almost into your bed and kitchenette right at the door entrance in the tiny walkway. The bed folds into the wall...there is only one bedside table. It's super cold and no heating in the room central heating only. The staff is not nice at all. Very bad experience.

The apartment is a commercial building, Central train station for 15 mins drive. Air-conditioning and heat not work.. Last day don’t have water for both kitchen and bathroom

Nice stay
Nice apartments in a good location. Quiet with a nice AC (it actually gets cold! inside). Feels like a hotel but it’s not. You have to order cleaning which I didn’t do so can’t say how that works.

Overall a good apartment, but its employees were horrible. I had rented 3 rooms and was only given 2 rooms with the staff denying I had reserved a 3 rd room. It took a couple hours to finally prove to them I had a 3rd room. Also, overexpensive breakfast and if you lose your original keycard you have to pay 50 zlotych ($13) though the duplicate plastic white keycards you don't pay for (like in any normal hotel). The only difference is that the original card has a sticker attached, which I guess costs $13 to print out. Ridiculous.

My son and I stayed at Varsovia Apartments for six nights in June 2023. The staff was professional and friendly. The apartment itself was very comfortable and near a few small grocery stores and just a block from the tram to take us in to the busier part of Warsaw. My only thing I didn't like was that the apartment itself had plates, bowls, glasses, but only one small pot and one small frying pan. It would have been nice for there to be a colander or some other cookware.

Room clean but not cosy. Property is more suited for people visiting city for business purposes and for 1-2 nights only. 20 minute drive from airport. Nothing of interest in the vicinity. A few shops within easy reach but property is at least an hours walk if not more from shopping centre and old town. Tram and buses are on doorstep.

My sty at the apartment in warsaw
The service was good and they was very flexible with check in and out hours. The place comfortable and clean, the location and help desk was very helpful and nice. Only the heat wasn’t working properly then and the restaurant in the hotel was pricey. There’s a store down with everything including coffee and cakes and bus tickets, everything needed so it wasn’t a problem

This place is in a strategic location if you are attending any expo at WARSAW EXPO XXI - It's only 10-15 minutes walk. The bus stop is right in front the apartment. The Uber charged about 10-20 zlt to the city centre or the airport. They provided cooking utensils, fridge and dishwasher. A great place if you are staying there for a week or more. Overall, great experience.

Great apartment 10 minutes uber to downtown.
Very clean, very modern, very comfortable. The only drawback, there nothing around at walking distance, only a small convenience store. But, 10 minutes uber to downtown and the price, the service and cleanliness, makes it up. Fabulous place to stay. Shirt and long term, a full kitchen and roomy bathroom.

Lovely Property with all Modern Facilities
I had 3 Executive Rooms booked for a family get together. The listing showed the rooms to have 2 king size beds each plus an additional double sofa bed. On reaching the room, we realised that there was a listing error and each room only had a king bed, a single bed and a double sofa bed. Upon raising concerns with the hotel and booking site, the hotel staff went out of their way to resolve the issue. They not only changed our rooms to 2 Junior Suites for each Executive room booked but also gave us free breakfast for all the entire group of 12. The apart-hotel is fairly new and all facilities are fairly modern. Location is not bad, 15 minutes drive to old town or the same distance to any other attraction in Warsaw. Absolutely modern hotel with a supermarket 2 min walk for all your grocery shopping if needed. Papa Johns is on the ground floor of this apart-hotel Building. Well recommended!

The web sight says the front desk is not staffed 24 hours, but that is not true. The front desk was staffed 24 hours. The front desk staff had the disposition of Russians (no smiles, not overly friendly). This place was nicer than I thought it would be. Very very clean!! If I had one complaint it would be the distance from the tourist sites. It’s a 15 minute taxi ride. UBER is super cheap (15 minute taxi ride = $4.50 USD), so the cost of staying so far away was no big deal. If I had to do it all over again I would stay at thebHotell Bristol next to old town
