The hotel is conveniently located close to the central train station, which was one of the main reasons why we booked it. The staff is polite but not very welcoming. We had a bottle of water at the table next to the bed on arrival, which was nice but expected for 4star hotel. Unfortunately, we were not able to see any nice views from the window as it was facing inside walls - didn’t see it when booked. Overall it was good, but I will book closer to the old town if I stay in Warsaw next time.

Polonia Palace Hotel is in the best location of town, it’s very clean, super comfortable and has good kitchen with delicious food. But above all the best I’d say it’s the stuff. The guest service with the people from the front desk are very competent.

Great location, beautiful communal areas and good breakfast. Room average size, would liked to have USB charging points in the room as many four star hotels now have these fitted. Would have preferred to have separate shampoo and shower gel available in the bathroom.

I always try to stay here when I come to Warsaw. It is close to the main station and easy access to trams and buses. It's an excellent value. I love the old style architecture and the new amenities.

The rooms were clean and modern. The staff was adequate but not friendly. We came all the way from Brooklyn and we were given a room on the second floor with a view of walls and a roof, however the hotel was far from full. And the housekeeper entered our room without knocking on Saturday morning waking us up.

Honestly speaking the location is very good, the only bad thing in this hotel, the reception staff are not so professional, specially the lady Wiktoria needs an edification in how to treat the guests!

It's not my first time staying here, and as long as the price is affordable this will remain one of my preferred hotels in Warsaw. Super convenient and AMAZING breakfast buffet. Super highly recommended.
