Chopin House is a special treat for travelers who value atmosphere over the generic hotel experience. The quietly elegant rooms have 12-foot ceilings and tall, velvet-draped windows, and are furnished very comfortably with wood furniture from the 1930s-40s. Mine even had a little kitchen. The building has been beautifully brought back to life by the owner. The nightly Chopin concerts, held in a cozy salon setting, are sublime. There's a roof deck, too! Don't stay here if you require all the mod cons (A/C, fridge, workout room, etc). The hotel is just a couple of blocks off the main pedestrian street Nowy Swiat, which is perfect for night strolls up to the Old Town. Bicycle use was free. Very good breakfast. I would return to Warsaw just to stay here again. Extra thanks to the lovely and kind staff members Ulla, Olek, and Marnina!

Overall a good stay. No major issue. Complimentary toiletries are good quality. Little bit noisy from other rooms but can’t be helped.

Highly recommended!
Excellent hotel with a specific edge in eco and music. Can be a little crowded during the breakfast, but an excellent breakfast with a lot of options.

I love that it's set back in the 1920s. Staff were extremely helpful. Spoke English. The food at breakfast was extremely wonderful, I was only sorry I arrived on a Monday when they do not serve an evening meal

Charming place - the staff cant do enough for you, free rooftop concerts and bikes. The staff looked after my possessions when i accidentally left some behind and i was able to pick them up a week later on my way home

Wonderful Stay
What a lovely B&B. What I loved: very friendly staff, beautiful rooftop for dining or just taking in the view (even if its a cold cloudy day - still enjoyed it), excellent breakfast, had a wonderful Borscht for supper one evening, enjoyed 2 evenings of music in the Salon, room and bed comfortable, felt very safe.

There was literally ZERO staff at this property when I tried to check-in last night. I waited in the lobby for the minutes but nobody arrived to check me in. I tried calling but I received an automated nessage stating their their phone number was not in service. Eventually, I gave up and made a reservation at another hotel.

Pleasant B & B in Warsaw
Location was very convenient to Old Town—roughly a 20 minute walk. The room was spacious. The bathtub very large, but difficult to operate the shower attachment without splashing water around the bathroom; it would have been helpful to have a shower curtain at least partially around the tub. Having daily evening concerts was delightful, especially since the night we went, the artists were from Ukraine. The staff was very helpful arranging for us to get taxis to the Central Station. The breakfast buffet was extensive and local; a highlight was the Polish Compote drink. We appreciated the environmental consciousness of the B & B. The biggest issues we encountered were a leaky toilet and no hot water the day before we left. The leaky toilet was resolved by jiggling the toilet handle. It appeared that there were water pipes being repaired outside the B & B which probably caused the lack of hot water. That would have been beyond the control of the B & B and hot water was restored the morning that we left. What would have helped is if the B & B had notified guests about the plumbing repairs and that hot water would not be available for a certain period of time.

Superb accommodations! I had a lovely room with a wonderful greeting upon arrival. There is a nightly Chopin concert that was excellent. The restaurant in the building is also wonderful. It is walking distance to both the old town and the new areas of town. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing to note is that my room did not have air conditioning. This was not a problem as I visited in June and the weather is very pleasant in the 70's so no need for AC.

I loved my time in Warsaw and this boutique hotel added to my happiness. I loved my little yet comfy room and breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My favorite part were the evening concerts. So memorable. The wine and apple cake was a nice touch! This hotel is well-located. Make sure you walk down to the old town-just beautiful and peaceful. Best b&b in Warsaw status is a huge overstatement
Usually I really like vintage style b&b's but when we've entered the room which was just full of dust, furniture and general design was not just vintage but was very old and not refurbished. From the photos of the suite room looked like there was a kitchenette but appeared there was only a kettle and a fridge. Only 2 teaspoons and 2 plates. Not enough cutlery, no glasses. Bathroom was very out of date, the soap was on the bottom of the dispencer so we had to buy our own. Acoustics between rooms and corridors are absent, we could hear everything. Windows havent been cleaned for a few seasons at least. And on top of all the experience we've been invited to the concert in the hall on the ground floor. To only later find out that we have to pay extra for it on the check-out.

Great experience! The property is beautiful and holds the charm of the previous century. Chopin music plays in the stairwell and each room is unique. Our favorite part was the breakfast. Simple but delicious and we looked forward to it each morning. My husband loved the evening concert since he loves the piano. Very glad we chose to stay here and the price was good. Highly recommend!

I stayed at "Chopin" Boutique B&B number of times and each time I discovered something which makes this property so unique! This time they were beehives situated on the roof among the planters full of herbs and various vegetables which are grown organically for the use in the restaurant on the premise! What an exelent idea in the center of Warsaw!!!

Only thing I didn't like is that I only stayed here for one night!!! Best Bed and Breakfast in my memory!!! From friendly,helpful staff to excellent food,promoting ecological produce from local farmers! Rooms arranged with somewhat antique feel and some humor touch( at least mine room was)!! Overall fantastic experience which I wholeheartedly recomend while planning stay in Warsaw!!! Great center City location !!!!

Great location just 2 blocks from the "palm tree" major intersection and bottom end of the Royal Way walk. Nice big rooms. Our room included breakfast which was decent (better than continental). Concerts ( extra cost) at 7:30 in the evening are excellent. Elevator, but you have to go up a half flight to get to it.

Our second stay was disappointing, the room was tiny, and very hot, fan not big enough. It was suitable for one person not for two. Bathroom had no hooks to hang towels on.
