A good location, really spacious family room. We lots of issues from no access to balcony, no washing machine, car park taken - the staff were fantastic to deal with but it was really tricky and disappointing with two little kids. The room we had was not safe for a moving baby (stairs, bed big glass vases) but we made do. The pool is absolutely freezing, like an ice bath.

"We paid for two nights but left after the first night as the shower had mould and old boogers. The whole place needs renovation and to be modernised. The pool was pretty and the reception was nice. The staff were very nice. It’s a shame cos this place has a lot of potential."
