"This property is such a hidden gem. The staff, the property and location is simply fantastic. I definitely will be staying here again in the future. This place should be sold out 100 percent of the time. Great end to our holiday vacation trip to Greece. 5 stars and more all around."
"Friendly staff and ready to answer and help with everything we asked. Location is perfect if you want to explore the old town. We will definitely reccommend it to friends and family. "
"It was an incredible stay! The room was clean and very comfortable. The location was also perfect being super central to all shops, restaurants and steps away from old port. The hosts were so friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Would highly recommend!! "

"Really great new hotel! We had an executive suite with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel is just at the edge of old town and the beach strip. Perfect! Away from the scrum but a 6 minute walk to get to the heart of old town or the beach and its restaurants. Parking provided at no charge. Breakfast was very nice. Local favorites! Fresh food. Alexia at reception really made our stay special! Wonderful warm greetings. Great advice on local spots. She really made the difference between good and EXCELLENT!"
"This property is amazing! We loved our stay here. The room was authentically Greek with beautiful furnishings and the bed was so comfortable. The small attention to detail really makes this property one of a kind! The balcony was our favourite place to enjoy breakfast or a before/after dinner drink. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace as well. The location was close to everything but like most properties in old town Chania, there is no parking close by. The streets are not accessible by car so if you have a rental you will need to find a spot ("
"In truth, we enjoyed every aspect of the Porto Veneziano Hotel. Unusually, we'd done virtually none of the usual research, opting in this instance to take the fulsome recommendation of friends who'd stayed there a number of times. And what a terrific recommendation that proved to be. It's a superbly maintained hotel in what (in our opinion) is the best and most scenic location in town. Uniformly, the staff were warm and welcoming, highly trained and unfailingly helpful. We'd opted for a very generously proportioned Junior Executive Suite (and would do the same again), with a captivating view of the harbour: see accompanying photographs. The (included) hotel breakfast was the perfect start to each day ... and the restaurant rivals any of the other top eating places in town. The whole experience was a delight from first moment to last. "
"Beautiful hotel in the city center, walking distance to the old town which is filled with restaurants and shopping spots, across the street from an amazing coffee shop, kind staff, clean and felt safe! Around 10 parking spots in the underground lot first come first serve otherwise parking free on hotel street ! Breakfast had good variety of options! Would recommend ! "
"Had the most wonderful, convenient solo birthday trip during my stay. The location is so perfect; the charming streets of Chania are right outside your doorstep, close to beaches too. Really great its’ near the KTEL bus station which is so handy for transport to activities, beaches or the airport! The biggest shoutout and special thanks to Thaila on reception, she had such a wonderful energy and really helped me have a special day on my birthday; going as far as to treat me to a cake which was the loveliest surprise in my room. All the other staff were really friendly too. The breakfast is unreal, so delicious! Menu items were are really good prices though I didn’t try these. Room was really clean. The meeting room is lovely, and so is the gym I ran a couple times and did yoga. Really quite and peaceful. On my last day the hotel were kind enough to let me store my luggage there due to my late flight, and they even went as far as directing me to a hotel around the corner where I could shower at no cost! Definitely returning here! "
