"While the home is in a rather sketchy part of town, at no time did we feel unsafe. There is a smart home set up with security and climate control. Kitchen and bathrooms had modern appliances and fixtures. The home was clean with the exception of base of the tub surround and some of the walls/doors and living room furniture could use some attention. We weren't there much, so that wasn't so problematic for us. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. "
