"Julie is the only friendly person there and does a good job cleaning the rooms. I’ve been twice and each room had mold in the bathroom ceiling, the second room on 1st floor smelt quite musty. "

"While the home is in a rather sketchy part of town, at no time did we feel unsafe. There is a smart home set up with security and climate control. Kitchen and bathrooms had modern appliances and fixtures. The home was clean with the exception of base of the tub surround and some of the walls/doors and living room furniture could use some attention. We weren't there much, so that wasn't so problematic for us. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. "
