"I was in town on business. I arrived at 8AM after driving all night. Check in was at 3PM. No rooms were ready but the new receptionist found me a clean bathroom so I could apply my makeup before my 9:30 meeting. After my meeting I returned at 12:45 to wait in the lobby until check in. By then the manager was at the front desk and bumped me up to a suite so I could get some sleep. Thanks for helping out a road warrior."
