"Very friendly host. Thank you for your hospitality. We stayed at the family room that consist of parents room and separate room for children. It was very spacious, clean and with many toys for my son. The property is 11 mins away from Strasbourg on a train which made it an ideal plays to stay for Christmas experience "

"The bed was most uncomfortable with a huge dip in the middle, and rather low. Outside the room were some bait boxes, probably for mice. The communal shower wasnt the best, only one per floor, but the toilet, also only one per floor, was clean and spacy. The hotel is situated in a rather run down neighbourhood which makes walking there after dark rather scary. However, the staff was wonderful and the price is cheap compared to other hotels in Strasbough."

"Nothing like the photos. Bathroom and bedding akin to hostel standards. Kitchen dirty with cobwebs in corners. It is not an apartment but a unit insde an operating Seniors Nursing Home. Totally misleading and disappointed with Expedia promoting this the way it is. Destroyed the final weeks of our trip that have all been great through Expedia until this experience "
