"The stay was just for overnight on way to Edinburgh. The hotel itself ok but the town was cute walkable and right on the North Sea. Found a great pub and then a restaurant for an amazing dinner. The hotel did live up to the haunted tales as we did experience something paranormal but not scary. "

"Lovely little hotel apart from being locked in, having to get out via the fire escape with luggage, and finding the hotel place shut down and locked up. Really bizarre situation, with breakfast apparently served from 8, yet not a a soul in site or contactable on phone or email. A shame as great location, friendly welcome the night before and nice room."
