"upgraded to a fantastic suite with terrific view on the executive floor. checked in after 1:30 am and they were very gracious. Had only booked the hotel for 2 nights so the next day tried to extend another 4 nights and was told all rooms were booked. After great help from the manager and ms. fosuzen at the front desk, we were able to negotiate for a special price to continue to use the suite. Suzen had a smile on her face the whole way. Will certainly stay there again next time."
