"Hotel was great other than getting downstairs for breakfast 30min before its done to cold or non existent items available so if your relying on the free breakfast to start your day get there earlier"

"We ended up asking for a refund and going elsewhere. We booked a room here because it was close to the hospital, which is really the only positive for the hotel. It does have what seemed to be a decent restaurant attached as well. The first room we went to had a broken window that was not possible to close and since it was going below zero that night it made the room unusable. We asked for another room and were moved but the second room was horribly dirty with massive visible red stains on the carpet. Large stains on all of the furniture and stains on the bedding. We just asked for a refund after that."

"The hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were spacious - mini kitchen was really nice. Not very sound proof. Heard our neighbours tv clearly in our room and they didn’t have it very loud. Bed side tables on either side of each bed would be helpful. (Relocated the chair side table for the night) Breakfast was ok. Not enough seating for more than 20 ish people. Nothing special and it abruptly ended when I found a long dark hair that wasn’t mine in my eggs. (Maybe a hair net for staff?). Pool was heated and son enjoyed the water slide. Happy kid is a bonus. In some regards it was good however I’m glad we only stayed one night. Not on my list to return to during our next stay in Sudbury."

"Yes hot tub was great. There was some dirt at bottom, we tried getting it out with a net but it did not work. We all enjoyed our time at your rental. It was is very beautiful place. You had eveything that anyone could have wanted or needed to have a great time. We will be returning. Thank You!"

"The host was terrific at communicating with me. Easy access to the property, well stocked with toiletries, paper products and coffee. The basement is basically a basement apartment with a bedroom, bath, kitchen and living room, and the main floor and upstairs are quite spacious with 3 more bedrooms and an additional bathroom. This was so much more comfortable than a hotel. I'm sure we'll be back in the summer to enjoy the backyard pool. Thank you to our host."
