The Space:
Sunny, warm and modern, this three-bedroom house boasts panoramic lake and mountain views and has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of all seasons in beautiful Wanaka.
Located in a quiet and peaceful street, and on the doorstep to a plethora of beautiful walks and mountain-bike tracks, this home is a 5-minute downhill walk to the lake and a 4-minute drive to bars, cafes, shops, and restaurants in central Wanaka.
Guaranteed to be the perfect temperature all year round, with lots of natural sunlight, this home has two heat pumps warming the main living area and bedrooms. A gas fire heats the separate media-room with Smart-TV that has multiple entertainment options, making this a cosy space to hunker down in the Winter months.
Bright and sunny, the living area includes a fully equipped high-spec kitchen with stunning views leading to a large north-facing deck; the perfect spot to read a book, share a drink or to stargaze at night. The deck overlooks Roys Peak, Treble Cone ski field and Lake Wanaka.
Three bedrooms will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The master room includes a King bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, the second and third rooms have a queen and two single beds. All beds are of premium quality.
A double garage offers space to store sporting equipment and ski equipment so you can make the most of the adventures that Wanaka and the surrounding area has to offer.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.
Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
