This modern home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom plus additional powder room, a generous outdoor grass & entertaining area allows this property to be enjoyed year round. Conveniently located on Anderson Road in Wanaka, a short drive or walk to Wanaka township.
With heating & cooling on both floors this property is to be enjoyed in all seasons.

This home has two bedrooms each featuring views of the surrounding alpine scenery.

A fully equipped kitchen gives you the option of dining in or enjoy some of the surrounding restaurants & cafes.

Comfortable and attention to detail

New, modern, clean and comfortable. Welcome treats and coffee pods a nice touch. Plenty of towels also much appreciated.
