Release Wanaka - Lake Edge is a stunning central apartment, walking distance to the centre of Wanaka and just over the road from the lake.
The luxury apartment is a great spot to base yourself in both summer and winter, with ease of access to the lake, the town centre and the ski fields.
The property is split over three levels, with the living area on the middle floor, two bedrooms on the ground floor and the master bedroom on the top floor.
Lake Edge has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and living space, which boasts lovely views of the lake and Roys Peak.
The location is perfect for guests wanting to be walking distance to the many fantastic cafes, bars & restaurants Wanaka has to offer. And if it's warm outside and you need a dip, the lake is a stone's throw away. Easy!
The bedrooms downstairs are both super king, which can be split into twin rooms. One has its own ensuite bathroom, while the other has access to a bathroom just opposite, which also boasts a sauna. There is in-ceiling heat to keep them warm in winter, while their position on the ground floor keeps it cool in summer. These both open out onto a paved courtyard.
The master bedroom upstairs has a ducted heat pump system offering warmth in winter and cool air conditioning in summer. There is a large wardrobe area, as well as a large ensuite bathroom complete with spa bath and separate walk-in shower.
There is a double garage to park your vehicles, as well as a drying cupboard to store ski gear in winter. The laundry is in the garage also. No smoking No pets No parties or events Quiet hours between 10pm & 8am - use of outdoor areas prohibited over this time (as per QLDC rules)
