This brand-new unit is the ideal place for either two couples or a family to take some time out and enjoy Wanaka.
Kings Companion is tucked behind the main house (Kings Little Secret) situated at the front of the property, perfect to book in conjunction with each other for a wedding group or extended family and friends holiday.
Bedroom 1 – Queen bed with wardrobe
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed with wardrobe
Bathroom – Shower/toilet
Open plan living and kitchen
The kitchen has everything available to create a home cooked meal along with all the necessary items needed for a comfortable stay.
There is a heater available on cooler days/evenings which will heat the unit quickly and make for a cosy retreat.
Guests have access to the entire house.
Lovely quiet neighbourhood with a local brewery and Districts Club within walking distance.
An easy 15-20minute walk into Wanaka township. A big jump bike park across the road.
Guests and should comply with the parking requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
No smoking inside the property.
No parties or events.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.

Perfect Stay
The property is well presented, comfortable and warm.
Great having queen beds in each room. Nobody stuck with a single bed.
The house had all the amenities you need.
Definitely recommend this place.
