Come and stay in our warm, comfortable apartment. It is centrally located so you can toss away the car keys and make the easy walk to the shops, restaurants and lake. The apartment has everything you require for a relaxing stay and comprises of 3 bedrooms, two queen beds and one with a set of bunks. There is a good sized and well equipped kitchen/living/dining. It also has a Smart TV, unlimited wifi, washing machine and dryer, and a sheltered garden with an outdoor setting for 6 people. It is 1 hour from Queenstown and 40 minutes from Cromwell.

Great Location

Great place to stay if you aren’t planning on hosting many friends and family as you are in the middle and attached to two other houses, so your private lawn space is small and part of the lawn you share with either neighbour. This was a clean easy place to stay and great for kids coming and going with 4-5 minute walk to New World and the town centre

Great Apartment

The apartment is really close to town so easy 5 minute walk to supermarket and cafes/restaurants, and the lake. Very comfortable apartment, and well equipped kitchen. Nice little outside area. Only one toilet which is in the bathroom. We would stay there again.

Wonderful stay in Wanaka

We loved our stay at this house in Wanaka. The location was perfect and quiet. The house is very comfortable and clean and it has everything one would need. Communication with the owner was easy. We hope we will be able to come back next year!

Lovely unit that's very close to the centre of town

The unit is very well kept and was very clean. The air conditioning helped a lot during the warm summer days and nights. The outside area was lovely to sit at with a drink while having a chat with friends and family. The unit has everything we needed and more. It's within walling distance to the centre of town. Absolutely lovely place to stay. Communication with the property owner was fast and efficient. If I'm ever back in Wanaka I'll defiantly be seeing if it's available.

Great location

We hadn't realised that this was one in a number of flats in the one building. However the location is very handy to town, the beds were comfortable, the place was clean and convenient. Quite a 70s look, but freshly painted. Recommended.
