"The resort itself gets five stars. The staff unfortunately only get two stars. Our room wasn’t ready until 5 o’clock because they didn’t have any clean ones available. We tried to eat at the Landshark Bar and Grill. The restaurant had about six tables already seated, and there was one group ahead of us waiting to be seated. The two hostesses looks so confused and took about 15 minutes to seat the other couple and ourselves, we were seated about 10 minutes and no one came over to let us know they’d be right with us or even acknowledge us so we left the resort and went out to dinner nearby. We finally get back to the resort around 8 PM and have two hours to enjoy the pool before it closes at 10.No staff offered us a drink poolside. We were ready to spend money but no one offered to take an order. I will say that the room was very spacious and clean with a great view."

"Our room was clean. We only stayed for 1 night due to water maintenance in our area. Bed and bathroom. Linen and towels are clean. Checked in was quick. The only confusion we had was that the reception told my husband that our reservation was not include breakfast when I did in fact paid extra for breakfast. My husband couldn’t argue during checked in because I was the one who made the reservation under his name, he didn’t know what I reserved. When I went to see her later on, she told me the same thing, and when she asked for proof and I showed her hotels.com confirmation, she then said that she cannot disclose any information since my name was not on the reservation (even though I have given her my DL which I have the same last name). I understand this is the policy, but I’m sure what the policy meant was for sensitive information like room numbers, etc. Confirming whether our reservation has or has not included breakfast I think it’s fair to say that it is not considered sensitive. Besides, we came together thru the door (around 11 pm), and my husband was too tired and sleepy he went straight up and let me handle the case alone since I know what I’d put on the reservation. However, the next morning the staff was more accommodating. He gave my husband the breakfast voucher. Problem solved, yes. But not without headache. Other than this issue, hotel is nice."

"The room was ok. The reason for the low rating is because my car tire was slashed overnight. I asked 3 different people working the front desk on how to obtain video footage and they seemed as if they didn’t care. It was such an inconvenience having to deal with that and get my tire repaired. I will certainly not be returning here."

"The first room smelled like dogs a lot of scratches on the furniture the next room we had to be moved to was very nice and smelled very nice .. the young man at the front desk was so awesome he even had a gift bag for my daughters birthday very amazing customer service he had . He is the reason I’m giving the 4 stars …. The cook for breakfast. Very unprofessional he came out in his muscle shirt very rude literally there was no breakfast and he only brought out 2 plates so unprofessional .. and very embarrassing as people were wondering where breakfast was and saw none so disappointed …walking around in muscle shirts instead of a uniform is not okay ..other than that it was an okay stay … need motivated staff 👍 oh and also the. Bathtubs horrible drainage and literally had to beg for towels"
