If you have to visit or stay in Ingham, this is the place. VERY highly recommend. Large 2 bedroom apartments with free shared laundry facilities. And pleasant outdoor areas. The host was very helpful. And helped me out with an error I made in my original booking.
The apartment has everything you need and is very well appointed and tastefully decorated. It is right on the highway and near the train line. But although ear plugs were provided, I didn’t find it noisy. In fact; it was very calm...

Stayed one night for work and found a beautifully clean room, excellent service from staff and had a delicious lunch. It is an older hotel which has been renovated nicely and the price was excellent.
I stayed in a balcony room which did have traffic noise (as I was advised of before hand and asked if this was ok - and it did not bother me at all) but if you are a light sleeper I would suggest asking for a room not on the balcony.
