The staff there is exceptional and goes way above and beyond their job duties to make sure the guests have a very enjoyable stay free of stress and problems. "We stayed two nights with my kids and had a great experience. The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from the Lipscani old town area—very convenient for exploring Bucharest. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, with plenty of food and drink options for everyone. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. When my daughter accidentally reset the safe-box code and locked it, I called the front desk and within 5 minutes, someone from IT came and fixed it quickly. Great service and overall a pleasant stay—would definitely recommend!"

"lovely staff literally helped us with everything! expedia needs to change the description saying these rooms are sound proof they’re anything but, you can literally hear the people next door talking and everyone outside. not a major issue but don’t book this hotel if you want “soundproof” rooms. would just like to say again how lovely all the staff were "

Great restaurants on site with the exception of la cucina, the Italian one which did not have items on the menu that we wanted and offered us a reheated other than what we had ordered item. Very bad experince. Olea and the steakhouse were excellent though. J. W. Marriot is a gem!"
