Great Breakfast Nice clean rooms Pool side was very uncomfortable and small, between 4-6pm is only families and the require an appointment for less crowding but it seems at 4-6 everyone is there with children. Everyone is rude and unhappy in this town. The massage was amazing that is all. Not worth the money

I booked the "Standard Twin Room Without Balcony". When we checked in, we were given a room that looked quite old and not on par with what the hotel advertises -- it looked nothing like the photo they have in the listing. The carpet was stained in multiple places, the bathroom had no ventilation, old bathtub and overall "old" feeling. We were charged extra to be moved to the newly renovated side of the hotel which is in good shape and does look like advertised. That wasn't nice at all. The spa is nice, and the breakfast buffet has a variety of foods, desserts and drinks. The overall experience was good, but the bait and switch part was not.

Perfect Stay here! Book a refurbished room, it‘s soo good! Big Shower, nice included breakfast. The Spa is free each day for 2 hours, you make a reservation at the place directly next to the lobby. The Spa facilities were excellent as well!

Good option for a central location

Nice clean renovated room, however I could hear the people in the next room talking. Breakfast was one of the best I had at a 4 star hotel. SPA was nice, but it could be improved. Location was perfect.

Very good hotel in centre of Sinaia

The hotel looks very nice, breakfast really, really good, staff very polite and helpful, our family room was as new, so really enjoyed our stay. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the water in the hotel pool and its nearby jacuzzi was cloudy, nowhere near clear. It wasnt inviting and we didnt spend much time in it, so that was a let down especially as after 6pm you pay 20 RON per person to go into the spa area.

amazing experience

Sinaia is a magical town and this hotel is excellent. They gave me an early check-in so I can drop my luggage. Quite. The air is refreshing. Close to the train station. Amenities like jacuzzi, swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room are all well-kept and in good condition. They put aromatic essential oil in sauna and steam room, and the environment is calm and relaxing. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and is on the level of any 5-star hotel. Great value for money. Thoroughly enjoy my stay here!

Carpet in the room was old, damaged and dirty, and so was part of the furniture. Bathroom not properly cleaned, disgusting blood stains on the walls and the bathtub curtain. Halls and amenities were pretty modern and clean. Breakfast was a rich, multi-option continental, restaurant spacious and accommodating.

Hotel Sinaia is a great place to be in... Sinaia, right in the center, close to many restaurants and other activities. The staff is amazing, breakfast has a huge option so anybody can find something. We'll be back or sure.

Very happy but some annoying problems

The dining and conference facilities are absolutely impeccable. Staff are efficient and helpful. Rooms are clean and everything is highly convenient. The drain of the bathroom sink let in some unwanted smells, the mattress was comfortable but lumpy. Overall quite pleased. Borderline worth the asking price and would certainly stay again.

OLD and ugly rooms. Terrible bathroom, for any one who remember of Romanian communist past, this is for you. The bathtub (no shower) is a danger to get in and out at 60 cms height. In fairness the waiters at the restaurant for dinner were excellent.

The location in Sinaia is ideal and the spa is great, but overall not quite a 4 star hotel. Rooms were small but clean - mine had a nice view. Clothes irons were available but no ironing boards (not ideal when you need to iron clothes for a wedding!). Breakfast was below average for a 4 star
