"A beautiful building and the rooms were well furnished. However no food or hot drinks available. Hardly any personnel around
Room not serviced and we used codes to get in and out. Not a place we would use again. "
"Very reasonably priced in quiet location between Dewsbury and Osset. Set back off the main road so no noise issues with good links to M1 N and S. Lovely evening meal at decent prices as well. "

"Great communication from booking site regarding access to building, the room was on the very top floor with unfortunately no lift which if you have mobility issues then this may not be the place for you. The room is accessed by your personal access code which is displayed on the digital door handle, the room is fresh and very modern and surprisingly very quiet for its location. Very good qualty furnishings and well fitted modern kitchen and bathroom. This is a very good place to stay and definitely worth the money."

6/10 Okay
"This property has so much potential, the cleanliness really let it down for us, bin and toilet filthy, floors and windowsill’s etc very dusty, thankfully beds were clean. lack of kitchen utensils made cooking very difficult. Also lack of furniture in the bedrooms meant we had to go and borrow tables from our friends. No bedside tables despite there being ample room for these. A chest of drawers would fit in both smaller rooms and would be very much appreciated.
Garden had not been touched in a while, Needs a small amount of time out there just to make it look presentable. Also the dining table chairs desperately need replacing, they are filthy, and one has a damaged leg which is a health and safety issue. Despite numerous people telling you this in the guest book nothing has been done for months. This needs addressing immediately before someone gets injured."
