"We had an absolutely amazing weekend at Waterton Park Hotel! 🏰✨ We did have a bit of a rocky start at check-in, but huge credit to the team as they quickly rectified everything and completely turned our experience around. The spa was easily one of the highlights of the whole weekend! The hot tubs were amazing, and being able to properly relax and enjoy the spa facilities in such a beautiful setting made the stay feel like a real getaway. We absolutely loved it and could have happily spent hours in there! The hotel itself is gorgeous, the grounds and setting are stunning, and the whole place has such a lovely atmosphere. Once we were settled in, we had such a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. What impressed us most was how quickly the team responded to our initial concerns. Things don’t always go perfectly, but how somewhere handles an issue says a lot, and they made sure our initial experience didn’t put a dampener on the weekend at all. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed and already wanting to come back. The spa and hot tubs alone are worth the visit! ❤️"

"A very old Hotel which showed signs of it, easy parking and within walking distance to Harrogate. I travelled on my own with my dog and would have been good to have been able to sit in the bar with him and have a drink, also a separate area for people with pets to dine with there dog would be great. I walked into Harrogate most nights to find Dog friendly places I could eat"

"The room and staff were great as was the breakfasts. Just a few negatives, £18 overnight parking charge, charge for wifi unless you want to sign up for their programs and agree to receive promotional emails etc, only 3 coat hangers in the large wardrobe"

"Fantastic stay in Leeds. The room was lovely and clearly very well maintained, and the reception team were warm and helpful throughout. The only slight hiccup was at checkout, when a large meeting downstairs spilled into the foyer and made navigating to the front desk with luggage a bit of an obstacle course. That aside, a brilliant hotel that I would happily recommend."
