View of Castle

Amazing hotel with an even better view. I had a superb view of Wakayama’s castle straight from my hotel room. Of course the staff were nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is brilliant although it is about a 15-20 minute walk to one of the two close by train stations. I would strongly recommend this hotel for the view!

Location it's about five bus stop Price is very good Breakfast with a view Wakayama Castle Breakfast is a must ¥900 very good price and with a killing view The hotel offers bicycle for free , but the problem is only for one hour You cannot get to anywhere within an hour so we did not use the service at all My suggestion most of the people will come and use the free bicycle only once even though they stay for many days why not let the hotel guest to use the service with combine hours Bus fare is quite expensive in Japan for the short distance right taking a taxi is lot better

Great place to stay for good price. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel actually provides you an actual key attached to a long plastic stick. No magnetic key. The hotel ONLY clean your room ONCE every THREE DAYS to save costs. The laundry room is the very top floor and is ALWAYS hot.

今回も素晴らしいお城の見える室に滞在できてよかったです。しかし、不運にも今回の滞在中は隣室のいびきと上階の人の足跡があまりにもうるさくて連日びっくりして夜中に2回が覚めたぐらいです。 実は壁が薄いホテルだとわかりました。 リーズナブルなので仕方ないですが、便利な立地なので次回も選ぶと思います。

ほぼ、問題なく宿泊できましたが、トイレのウォッシュレット機器が故障していて使えませんでした。毎日、そのあたりまではチェックされていないのかな？故障中であることがわかっているなら、客を入れないとか事前に使えない旨を伝えるとか、割引するとか対応ができそうかなと思います。わかっていないならそれも問題かなと思います。 あと、浴室のカーテン上部にカビとほこりがたまっていました。経年劣化はある程度仕方がないかなと感じますが、清掃してある感じがなかったので気になりました。

部屋に当たり外れあり

2週間にわたり利用しましたが、2週目は気持ちよく過ごせる部屋でした。トイレ洗面所もきれいに掃除されてましたし、ほとんどカビもありませんでした。服をかけるクローゼットもあり、パソコンで仕事できる机もあり、冷蔵庫もペットボトルが数本冷やせました。 1週目は本当に狭くてカビが生えてて、冷蔵庫もペットボトル一本程度しか入りませんでした。パソコン広げるスペースもなくてひどかったのですが、まともな部屋があるなら、はじめからそのレベルの部屋が良かったです。同じ値段で、こんな差があるのはいかがなものかと思いました。 洗濯機のある階は最上階で、空調がなく非常に暑く、清潔ではありません。
