The lobby was spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful view, and I was able to get some work done while I waited for my room to be ready. The staff informed me as soon as it was, which was very much appreciated, especially what appeared to be a busy holiday period. Room itself was lovely, breakfast was excellent and well-managed despite quite a full hotel. Roof spa bathing area was also very well maintained and enjoyable."
