IReception is clean and tidy, my unit with a little more cleaning would be great the bed was comfortable and apart from the noise of the traffic my stay was okay but it was ruined by a rowdy, rude male next door to ruin it."

"Nice place just around the corner from the Waitomo caves experience with the 100 meter absail...There were a fair number of steps up to our room but the room was nice and the water pressure was good. We kept warm on a July night and slept well. The breakfast was a fine continental breakfast and checkout was quick. We only stayed one night because of our schedule but could have easily enjoyed a couple more!"

"If you are going to visit the glow worms in the caves, this is the best place to stay as you can get to see your own personal glow worms at the sink hole a couple of minutes walk from your bed! A fantastic addition to the overall experience! There are also other things to see on the farm. Angus is a smashing host who loves to share!"
