I was pleasantly surprised to find the photos online accurately reflected the actual state of this apartment. We had the two bedroom with a balcony offering a gorgeous view of the Bay. Cosily warm with a really well provisioned kitchen and comfy beds. Definitely recommended.

Stunning view over bay of islands. Very considerate hosts. Peaceful retreat. Thoroughly recommend. Stairs a bit of a concern with luggage.

Loved the Motel and our room. The incredible panoramic view from both rooms was wonderful. Great little self contained kitchenette which we loved. Sky Satelite TV a big bonus. Easy & safe car parking. Across the road from the Ferry wharfs and main shops area very close.

Room was well maintained and tidy,everything within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and accommodating especially when we had problems with our vehicle. Service was very much appreciated.

The apartment was very clean, and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool table. Location was great, and the space was perfect. The kitchen was great too.

My husband and I enjoyed this accommodation immensely-views across the water were outstanding. We also enjoyed the location, being away from the main strip but within an 8 minute walk. Friendly service.

What a surprise. These awesome apartments are situated in the caravan, mobile home park in Paihia. There are only 5 apartments, 4 of which have elevated views. They are very spacious and have everything that you need; kitchenette, separate bath and shower, bbq, TV, sound dock etc etc. There is also laundry facilities near the main office. We stayed in apartment 3 - it was very quiet, only the relaxing sound of birds in the morning. The apartments blend into the beautiful gardens seamlessly. This...

Lorraine and Peter went out of their way to make our stay unbelievable. Always concerned for our comfort and well-being. They have an extraordinary knowledge of the local area and were always there to assist us in planning daily events. The room was outstanding and the view spectacular.

The hotel is within walking distance to shops cafes and take off points to all activities in the area
