"Such a lovely home, with a bathroom for every bedroom and a beautiful deck out front with a view of the water. The only note I have is that it’s not super clear which front entrance is which (the home is split in to 2 rentals), so we almost walked in to the wrong home. "Spacious and comfy bach with everything we needed for a weekend away with friends. The glazing offers such great views from all the living spaces. As already pointed out the kitchen is very small but we found it very functional - and the benchtop bifold out to the deck is brilliant. We found the bbq (situated out the back) was nearing the end of its life, as they do, but still managed steak for dinner. Hard to beat this private and well setup location."

"The house is well maintained and has a beautiful view. The property manager was "all business" - but was responsive when help was requested. Only one bedroom was made available - the other bedrooms were locked. (I some times am restless and might have made use of the second bedroom - though in all fairness I didn't raise the issue.)"

"We stayed here for nights over kings birthday weekend with our 2 teenage kids. The location was great for Paihia and Kerikeri and a evening walk to Haruru Falls. The house is in a great location in a quiet street with superb views out over towards the Waitangi treaty grounds and Bay Of Islands.
